Shipping & Transit: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days.

• Timeframes & Costs: Standard domestic shipping within Australia takes approximately 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Lost Packages: Once a package has been handed over to our courier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. However, we are committed to our clients. Intellectual Property: The world of Thari is highly considered. All content on this website—including the "Thari" brand name, our atmospheric product photography, written copy, and website design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Thari. Our imagery and text may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes by any other party without our express written permission.

Product Display & Natural Tones: We capture our pieces in atmospheric lighting that reflects the true mood and texture of Thari. While we make every effort to display the colours of our garments, bags, leather goods, and natural fibres as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen will reflect the exact, true tone of the physical product.

Promotions & Exclusions: From time to time, Thari may offer promotional codes to our community. Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined. Additionally, select handcrafted and highly exclusive pieces are strictly exempt from all discounts. Because these specific items are slowly and painstakingly made by hand by our artisans, their pricing remains fixed to honour the labour involved.

Access to these limited items is by personal invitation only, extended to clients whose lifetime investment with Thari exceeds $200 AUD. Eligible clients will receive a personal, direct shopping link to acquire these items. Please note that no promotional or discount codes can be applied to these exclusive releases.

Previews & Enquiries: Occasionally, we will display upcoming releases—such as our handcrafted leather wallets and shoes—on our website before they are officially available for purchase. These items act as a preview and are marked for "Enquiry" only.
